An "A-product" is a new, faultless display which has been tested by our technicians. The warranty is 12 months.

"B-product" means "like new". If needed, we exchange the polarizer (top layer). These displays are then labelled as "refurbished". You receive an affordable display tested by our technicians with a 6 month warranty.

A "C-product" is a used display which has been removed from a notebook and might have slight signs of use, e.g. small light or dark shadows, or possibly pixel errors. The warranty is 90 days.
