Professional lamination means the application of the Vikuiti™ special films onto the surface of the display without inclosing dust particles and without trapping air under the film. Due to long lasting experience, ideal clean room conditions, highly modern machines and a team of experts, we can guarantee the perfect lamination of LCD displays up to a size of 45’, that is to say for notebooks, LCD monitors, LCD displays used in industry and even for LCD TV-Sets.
In case your display is seriously scratched, we recommend the replacement of the polarizer (top layer of the display). We remove the scratched surface and laminate a new undamaged polarizer on your panel under clean room conditions. If your display is totally defective, e.g. breakage of glass, white lines, spotting, etc., we offer you our exchange service. We provide displays for over 3000 different laptop models in various price categories.

Double antireflection coating
Displays are not supposed to show reflections. That is why we focused on this problem. The surface of the Vikuiti™ AR-Film is matte which leads to a reduction of sharp reflections. An additional antireflection coating increases contrast and readability.
Dirt repelling
The Vikuiti™ AR-Film is coated with a hydrophobe layer which is also oil repellent. As a result, finger prints and staining can be just wiped off. Similar to a coated pan, there is nothing that adheres on it – that is also for permanent markers.
Self-mounting

The Anti-Reflection-Film (ARMR 200) is also available separately as protection for notebook panels and TFTs from 10” to 19”. Application of the AR-Film on your notebook display
There are to versions of the AR-Film.
ARMP200: permanent lamination – is not removable without running the risk of damaging the polarizer.
ARMR200: removable, that means that you can peel it away if it is scratched, for example. After that the AR-Film can not be used anymore.
No matter which AR-Film you choose, we recommend to have it applied by our technical skilled staff under clean room conditions. Please note that self-mounting can result in inferior image quality caused by trapped air and enclosed dust particles. The removed AR-Film and maybe even the polarizer (for the ARMP200) are unusable then.

Removable AR-Films (ARMR200) are available up to size of 560 mm x 330 mm (25"), permanent laminated AR-Films (ARMP200) up to a size of 1118 mm x 660 mm (51").

Notes:
Please note that with the lamination of the DQC-M or AR-Films on high gloss finished display surfaces (glare, trueBright, X-bright[Z5]) the optical characteristics (high gloss, reflection) of displays change, because both films are only available in matte.
The PET-basis material of all films guarantees the perfect balance between stability and precision of the touch function. It is thin enough and therefore has no impact on the touch sensor.
Vikuiti™ side glance protection (not available as lamination film – only removable)
Filters for laptops protect the data on your display, when you work on private documents in public. A Vikuiti™ side glance protection filter is a complex piece of synthetic material based on the micro-blade technology by 3M. Hereby, fine black, none-reflecting blades are positioned accurately to one degree, over a dozen per millimetre and steadily arranged over the size of a screen.
The enhancement of a laptop to mobile display safety takes only a couple of minutes and is possible for nearly all types of laptops. The filter is fixed with small adhering clips on the laptop, can be left inside the laptop during transport and can be plugged in and out any time. At the same time it protects the display from damages caused by the keyboard.
